Vehicle Detail

1999 Chevrolet Corvette No Reserve!Starting Bid $1 $15,450 Value!!! Hi! Thanks for for looking at my 1999 Corvette! This car runs amazing! It is it's original color, white, with tan leather interior, and all full power options direct from the factory. I am selling it on eBay, with the starting bid of $1.00 because let's face it, we all love a true auction! This car runs perfectly, with a perfect engine and transmission. This is my personal car, and I am not a dealer or anything of the sort. So of course you may ask, what is wrong with the car since it runs perfectly otherwise? Well I will list everything here, and since I am doing such in full disclosure AND starting it at $1 I don't want any headache from any of you ultra strange eBayer's trying to leave me bad feedback because you see a few microscopic rock chips in the paint from the highway...OF COURSE the car is going to have that, it's a 1999, and that falls under the category of reasonable wear and tear, so here it is. The Minor Issues with this car are: 1) There is a small tear in the driver's seat leather, on the bottom portion where you sit, visible in the photo, about 3 inches long. It' is cosmetic only and I've been to lazy to get it fixed. 2) The from right headlights work perfectly every time, however the right one makes a clicking noise as it closes. You only hear this sound when the light goes down, not up, and it does not effect it's performance at all. 3) As a very common glitch in many Corvette's, the "Tire Monitor Sensor" text appears when you first start the car, and then goes away a few seconds later. My mechanic says this means that it will not properly tell me if the air pressure in the tires is correct and needs to be recalibrated...hence you have to check the air pressure in the tires the old fashioned way...by hand. And again, this is a very minor issue, and something I just have ignored because it does not affect the cars performance in any way. It is a pleasure to drive! This car runs, drives and handles great! It's a real head turner. I am looking for as close to $15,000 for this car as possible, so hopefully I will get a fair price on this car. Clear Title. The Corvette is located at my home here in Hollywood, California. If you're a local buyer you can come pick it up in person or I will drive it to you within 20 miles. Otherwise, the winning bidder shall arrange for shipping at their own expense. Good luck bidding to everyone!!! P.S. It appears the pictures are small sized on the ad's homepage...just click on "ENLARGE" to see the full size images...also, if you want more pics, send me your personal e-mail address and I will e-mail them directly to you.
