It is a real 138 code SS not a clone. The original 396 is missing but was replaced with a very potent 454 Big Block with oval port heads, roller tip rockers, performance cam, aluminum high rise intake, a new holley performance built carb, headers, performance HEI distributer, Mallory Pro Sidewinder Wires, New battery, new starter, etc. All that power is put through a 4 speed manual transmission with a scatter shield and transfered to the ground via a solid 12 bolt rearend. A griffin aluminum radiator keeps this beast cool even on the hottest of days. This Super Sport also sports power front disc brakes and Crager SS wheels. This is a nice clean driver quality car that you are sure to enjoy. It does get more than its fair share of attention and draws a crowd everywhere it goes. The body appears to be very solid and the paint is older but shows very well. This car comes with the sport wood steering wheel, factory center console with clock (clock not working). It handles tight down the road and has plenty of power. The rearend feels like it is probably geared around 411-456. An extra 4 speed tranny goes with this car. If the winning bidder is in the State of Texas, you will be required to pay us, as a Texas Dealer, all Texas sales tax, title fees, inventory taxes and a $25 paperwork fee.
