1979 Ford Fairmont Wagon 53k ORIGINAL MILES! From Georgia… ZERO RUST!! 200 Inline 6 cylinder engine 3spd automatic transmission The car runs and drives nice. It was brought up from Georgia this year and is now in indoor storage. It has NEVER seen snow or salt. The underbody and door seams are rust free. I bought it with plans to swap in a turbo 2.3L or a 5.0, but I just do not have the time. I have looked for a Fairmont station wagon for a really long time, and this is by far the cleanest one I have ever seen. Same chassis as a Mustang, which makes all of the Mustang upgrades and easy bolt in project. Issues: the rear portion of the headliner was falling down, so it was removed the rest of the way (it is still with the car, not thrown away). The car could use some adjustment... it has a slight hesitation at low rpm... runs just fine otherwise. Please ask any questions before bidding. Thanks!
