Hello, For Sale is a good conditioned 2005 Smart Car ForTwo MercedesBenz CDI (turbo diesel) coupe with 131,282 kms, 6-spd Auto/Tiptronic and moonroof. It's been a great car! $15 to fill the tank while getting 400km/tank. It was my personal company car, non-smoker, the company has been sold, hence the car needs to go! It's been extremely well maintained, I can provide all receipts. Brakes and Oil change were just done, the car is mechanically sound and strong! The body and interior is in great condition and absolutely no engine leaks! - It's on Pirelli winter tires (75% tred left) - Updated speakers (Kickers) - Oil pan heater + block heater - The oil pan has been updated with a new Mercedes Benz oil pan with drain plug. Drain plugs are not factory installed on 2005-06 oil pans, hence making oil changes very difficult. Oil changes are now quick, inexpensive and does not require special equipment. - K&N air filter - GPS Tracking/security system (not mandatory, but equipment is installed) - Keyless Entry - Traction Control - The interior will be cleaned/detailed before shipped/picked up. Rescent Maintenance: - EGR Valve replaced under warranty (2 yrs ago), and just recently cleaned - Intercooler Replaced under warranty (1.5yr ago) and updated with new bracket. The original bracket for 2005 CDI's would rub cracks into intercooler/oil lines, hence Mercedes Benz updated bracket. - Clutch Actuator rebuilt (1 yr ago) and just recently calibrated/lubricated - not mandatory but preventative maintenance - Transmission flush - not mandatory but preventative maintenance * The vehicle does have minor cracks (2) in windshield and small cracks in front & rear bumper, I can provide pics on request, but may be too small for picture. Nothing unexpected for a 5 year old car. BONUS! - Will include an extra set of all-season tires (95% tred remaining), a Magellan GPS unit and scan guage if auction exceeds or is bought for the "buy-it-now" price ($6000 USD). Rerserve is lower than "buy-it-now" price and REDUCED Contact with any questions. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that all potential buyers must understand that they are 100% responsible and liable for the vehicle once the auction has been completed, there are no refunds and payment must be received within 7 days of closed auction. The buyer is also responsible for picking up/shipment and anything pertaining to the importation of the vehicle into another country. I'll do everything in my power to assist in the shipping of this vehicle, but you must be 100% certain that the vehicle can be imported into the USA and have all proper documentation ready for customs and whatever else is involved. I've heard this vehicle is not Legally aloud into the USA, but that is not for me to confirm or deny, again it is the buyers responsibility. If you are from USA and are not certain about this vehicle making it accross the border, DO NOT BID! FOR CANADIAN BUYERS... Not to worry! This vehicle is 100% Legal accross the country.
