Vehicle appears to be in overall good condition, it runs and drives excellent. Right front tire had a leak around the balance weight so it was removed and replaced with the temporary. Original tire, wheel, and center cap is included with vehicle. I do not know anything about the reliability of this vehicle or whether you would be able to drive it to "where ever", all I can tell you is that it ran and drove and the time of seizure and it runs and drives now.
