.Most of the vehicles we sell on ebay have only been in our possession for less then 24 hours before we list them. Most of them are in need of some repair. We do not know any history on them at all. For the most part we have little or no knowledge of any issues that may be present at the time of listing the item. Unless they we notice them prior to listing and mention them in the listing. When bidding consider the fact that we very briefly go over each vehicle and do not spend a lot of time on any one item. The fact is we sell vehicles cheap and if you are not going to have this vehicle inspected before you bid. Please do not bid. And if you do bid. Then you get what you get. But you are still buying sight unseen and we will not arbitrate any sale after it is sold due to an error or failure to mention anything. Definition of Terms of this auction RUNS AND DRIVES This term means we started the vehicle and drove it less then 10 miles for the purpose of determining if the vehicle moved forward and reverse. NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT This term is means the buyer has 24 hours after the auction ends to submit via paypal a $500.00 non refundable deposit. BALANCE DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS This term means if the balance on the auction is not paid in full with 7 days from the listing's end. The seller has a right to charge $20.00 per day storage starting on the 8th day after the auction ends and continuing until the item is paid in full. ITEM DESCRIPTION WAIVER This means that our description of this item may or may not be exactly accurate. We do our best to describe what we see. If we miss something, or fail to list something. A $500.00 deposit via paypal is due within 24 hours after the auction ends and full payment within 3 days thereafter regardless of your plans to pick up the vehicle. Once payment has been received we will overnight the paperwork to your registered paypal address and email you the tracking number.
You may pick up your purchase 24 hours a day 7 days a week including holidays. A 24 hour advanced notice is mandatory for all pickups. No exceptions.

1) The winning bidder will be require to make the required non refundable deposit using pay pal within 24 hours after the auction ends (no exceptions)
2) The balance must paid within 7 days after the auction ends using certified funds, check, wire transfer, or money order before picking up the vehicle.
3) If you choose to pay the balance by cash in person and pickup your purchase at the same time. You must be in our office Monday to Friday between 8:30AM to 4:00PM "NO LATER" "NO EXCEPTIONS" However the deposit must be received within 24 hours after the auction ends.
4) You can pick up you item any time 24/7 providing full payment has cleared.
