Up for sale is a RUST FREE 1988 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe with a EXCELLENT body, The engine runs good. Has the 2.3 litre turbo w/ 5 speed transmission. Rear end has been changed to the automatic version which is a 3.88 gear with 4 wheel disc brakes. Orginial gearing for the 5 speed was the 3.55 gear. Has a rebuilt 5 speed w/ new syncros. Vehicle equipped w/ cloth seats, power driver and passenger seat w/ adjustable lumbar ( bags are good) , tilt wheel, power mirrors, power trunk, drivers keyless entry pad,cruise, power windows, power locks, rear defroster, power antenna, automatic climate control , A/C has been converted to 134a and works good. New timing belt, alternator, battery and distributor. Interior is in above average condition for age of vehicle , no tears in seats or carpet, headliner is in very good condition, sentinel lights ( hi beams dim automatically when vehicle approaches you)Tires are 70% good. Has correct full size aluminium wheel for spare. The engine is orginial and has never been rebuilt Now for the Bad : Dash has cracking , 1 door speaker is blown, front and rear speakers need replacing but work . Vehicle has faded silver exterior paint. and the deck for the rear speakers needs to be repaired due to sun rot . The vehicle was equipped with the automatic ride control ,however this has been removed (unable to find replacements) , sorry no longer have orginal shocks and struts . now has standard shocks and stuts. I still drive it every day from Adairsville to Marietta 5 days a week 80 miles daily . vehicle is sold AS IS lets be real its 22years old . Buyer is responsible for pick up, cash payment only . I hold the title in my name and in my possesion. I will concider trading for a 1976,1977 2 door Olds Cutlass, 1976,1977 Chevy Montecarlo, 1981-1987 2 door Olds Cutlass, or a 1984-1987 2 door Buick Regal. sorry no guns
