Inspected by Police and Titled and driven in Indiana at 55,000 miles. Now at 85,000 miles. There was no collision damage. Prior owner had a Typhoon Cold Air Intake that was down at the bottom of the drivers front fender in front of tire. It is so low you could take your foot and raise your toe while keeping your heel on the ground and touch it. So maybe 6 inches of water and cold air intake sucked up water. Motor hydrosiezed. Lots of upgrades Really clean car. On Dec-21-10 at 08:19:46 PST, seller added the following information: To clarify car is in good mechanical shape and running now. It runs real strong and has for 30,000 miles since rebuild. The only reason title is Salvage/Rebuilt is because prior owner turned claim into insurance and insurance totalled car, meaning they paid it off and sold it instead of paying to replace motor. When insurance company pays your car off and takes possesion of title the only way to put it back on the road is to have state issue a salvage title. And yes if you have water get in your engine it is covered if you have full coverage insurance.
