1973 Dodge Polara Custom 3- seat Wagon****WILL BE LOOKING AT ALL REASONABLE, SERIOUS OFFERS**** The car has been in storage and I'll describe to the best of my ability. Any questions CALL AND ASK BEFORE YOU BID!!! The car runs and drives fairly well. The engine sounds good with no weird noises even after sitting for a period of time. Transmission shifts good. It starts easily but seems like it could use some carb. work, but with lots of "two footin' it...it runs down the road well. This car has never been restored and needs a THOUROUGH restoration. It's all there and it's NOT perfect. Bear in mind it's a surviving 38 year old car. The body is nice and straight but has rust issues as shown in the pictures. I see the front fenders have been repaired with body filler visible the lower fenders. All in all, it's NOT a rust bucket but it does have rust!! The interior is all original. Headliner has some mouse holes, seats ripped as shown. Dash pad has a few cracks, carpet is so-so. Door panels are nice. Glass is all good. The front bumper and grill are decent, the rear bumper shows some rust. Options are AC which has been converted to R-134 but it's NOT blowing cold. 400 V8 2-barrel. Valve covers seems to leak some but doesn't leave puddles when parked for an extended period of time. Miles are 62,000 actual. EXPECT A PROJECT VEHICLE HERE...DON'T EXPECT A PERFECT 1973 CAR!! Station wagons and especially Mopars like this are fastly becoming popular collector cars. Not alot exist like this..complete and straight.
