This is an original,unrestored 1976 Lincoln Contintal Mark IV auto in great condition.It came from an estate sale and in one photo you can see where it was last inspected in 1985.It has been in dry storage since that time.When it was brought out it had several mechanical upgrades to make sure it was roadworthy again.It has a new radiator as well as new tires mounted on the original polished aluminum wheels.All the fluids were changed and it was cleaned and polished inside and out.It has all the originl interior including the real wood on the doors and dash.It also has the original,period correct shag carpet.All the original side trim with its decorative rubber inserts is in place and in excellent condition.The 460 ci engine runs very well and the C6 automatic transmission shifts so smoothly you can hardly tell when it changes from one gear to another.It has all the original exhaust and is so quiet you can hardly hear it run. It also has 4-wheel disc brakes that stop smoothly and effortlessly.It has an original am-fm stereo with a working factory 8-track tape player built in.The climate control works well also.All the power windows work smoothly along with power door locks.The cruis contol and climate control work well.The power sunroof opens and closes smoothly.As far as I can tell everything works the way it should. The exterior paint is in excellent condition and the vinyl top is very nice.This would make a great automobile to add to a collection or take a nice Sunday drive. It would also be a nice car to go to a cruise in.I have seen these cars sell for over $20,000 dollars and not be in this nice a condition and with many more miles.
