What we have here is an original 1975 Chevrolet Chevelle Laguna S-3 Survivor: All original down to the single exhaust. 1. Engine is a 350 cid V8 2 Barrell Carburater, Transmisson is TH350. Vehicle runs, shifts, and drives fine. 2. Exterior is red in color with a white half vinyl top and white pin stripping. 3. Interior is is red and in very good condition. Vinyl top is in good conditon. Rear passenger side plastic peice could use some work at the bottom of it. 4. Original chevrolet rallys with new 235/70/15 white letter tires and in good condition. 5. I personally drove the Laguna from Hohenwald, TN back to Fort Gordon in Augusta, Ga which is roughly 442 miles one way with no problems at all. Failed to mention that I just drove the vehicle from Atlanta, Ga to Fort Eustis which is roughly over 600 miles with no problems! 6. Haven't drove the car since I arrived to Fort Eustis/Newport News, Virginia, but I do go out and crank the Laguna atleast every 3 daysand let it run for 15 min. Also, noticed a small leak coming from the tranny. 7. Floor pans, Trunk pans and quarters are dam solid, mostly surface rust if anything. Body work was started and almost done, just needs to be finished, block sanded and primed and painted. 8. Rear passenger side quarter has a little bubbling up through the paint and the drivers side rear quarter has a very small amount of rust on the lip of the fender well. I have pics of body work, these are pics from August 2010 and new pics of the vehicle taken to show bodywork December 2010. 9. Body is in real decent shape, certain spots here and there but nothing major. 10. Has A/C, just needs recharging, R12. Already put one can in, just needs another can and heat works and defroster works. 11. New power steering pump pressure hose. New water pump and thermostat. New radiator hoses and heater hoses. New belts. New master cylinder. New spark plugs and wires. New front brake pads. New transmission pan gasket and filter and fluid. New oil change and filter a week before I drove to virginia. Basically a good tuneup. 12. Speedometer does not work, but all other gauges work fine. Mileage is actually unknown, but previous owner said engine was rebuilt with about 50,000 miles on it. 13. Doors open and close as they should, could use some new pins in the drivers side door. 14. Front disc brakes and drums in the rear. 15. Has 3 cracks on the dash pad. 16. No radio. I do have original radio in one of the unpacked boxes also. 17. Also, I do have a clean clear title to the Laguna so you can feel warm and cozy when you buy it. 18. There is no sway or sag when u drive this car, smooth ride all the way. 19. New tires on original chevy rallies. 255/60/15. Got rid of the white wall tires for now. 20. Took the Laguna for a test drive and a once over, the transmission seems to be stalling trying to go into the third. First, second, and reverse are fine.2. Took it to Aamco Transmissions for a diagnostic, but they won't be able to check it out till Monday, so it is sitting at there shop.3. Master cylinder is brand new, but has a small leak. 4. Found original radio that goes in the car.5. Engine still cranks with no problems, three or four pats the laguna starts right up and after 5 to 10 minutes, purring like a champ. No smoking what so ever.6. I will be putting a buy it now price if I can, so still bid with confidence because this is a solid car.7. Feel free to call or email with any questions. Just got off of the phone with the Aamco technican, explained that the transmission is hesitating to go into to the third and also hesitating going into to reverse. 2. Explained that the fluid level was also full and had several leaks on the outside. 3. Explained that the transmission will need to be rebuilt and they charge $1200, but that is Aamco. If I fix it, I may as well keep it. 4. With that being said anything over $2000 gets it as is, dont care if its $2005 dollars, $2010, $2025, you get the point. 5.
