Vehicle Detail
This van starts, runs and drives, just perfect. Cruise on the highway at 70mph, smooth as can be, runs quite, transmission shifts smooth and tight, just perfect. it is a 1998 Ford E-150 cargo, with a V-8, 4.6L motor. The interior is clean, as you can see from the photos, just that there is a small rip in the driver seat. Located in Glen Cove, long Island NY 11542, If you are traveling from far away, you can fly into Laguardia airport, and drive this van home to anywhere in the world. The suspension is tight and no squeaks, rattles or noises. Don't let the mileage scare you with this one, you would never know it has high mileage, it is just a great driving work van. The mileage is 249,000 but the truck drives as if it has 49k on it. Come down and test drive it if you want to. I assure you this van drives just as good as I am saying it does. Also, the motor is tight, start it right up, cold or hot, it sound perfect, no knocks, no tics, no valve noises, just a real healthy running motor, ready to go another 250k miles. It has a salvage history because it was a theft recovery and the front right head light was cracked, but has since been fixed. The van does have some damage, a few deep scratches, they are on the left side of the vehicle and you can see them in the photos. There are high up on the van body. Also there are some small scratches near the right front turn signal, they are light and minor. The van had commercial lettering on it, but we had a detail shop remove the lettering and give the van a good detail job, so it is now nice and clean and ready to go. Call me with questions if you would like to at 516-680-6787 On Dec-24-10 at 20:32:13 PST, seller added the following information: In the process of cleaning the ice off of the windshield this morning, it developed a small crack. So the truck will need a windshield.
