For Sale 1970 GMC Pumper Fire Truck. Vehicle is in excellent condition body wise but needs minor repairs mechanically. The Tank is steel in construction with a 650 Imperial Gallon capacity and does not leak. The pump is a 600 IGPM pump with a flow test last conducted in 2007 with a flow rate recorded at 592 IGPM at 150PSI. This truck does not have an on board foam system. All tires are in excellent condition. There is only approximately 25,000 MILES (approx 40,000 kms) on this vehicle. No accessories other than a 40 ft aluminum ladder and some 2 1/2" hose as well as hard suction drafting hose are included in sale. Engine is gas powered 366 cu in. Transmission is a manual shift 5 speed with ruxal. Single axle with hydraulic brakes (unless restrictions exist in your area no special licence required to operate). There are 2 rear 1.5" discharge lines, 3 side 2.5" discharge lines, 1 1.25" booster hose reel discharge line, 2 side 4" steamer line intakes plus 1 rear and 2 side 2.5" intake lines. 24 feet of hard suction drafter hose on board. Mechanic repairs needed: bushing in the gear box needs replacing. Truck is originally from Northern Ontario.
