This Silverstone Metallic COMPTECH Supercharged 2005 Acura NSX-T is one of ultimate appeal with a fabulous host of upgraded features that are not only tasteful in all regards, but they also give the car the look and power it should've had from the factory. If you think you can find another one like this, good luck, it doesn't exist, just check the production numbers. NSX lovers eat your hearts out!!! Ever since the NSX blasted the market way ahead of its time, it has remained the pinnacle as a world class automobile with "Super Car" status! From day one the only complaint that anyone had was power. Looks, handling, fit and finish, the best! Well, the originating Acura Dealer did the NSX world a favor and very tastefully upgraded the power level of this car to a very safe 415 Horsepower using the industries most renowned high performance company with COMPTECH. All of the work done on this car was done by a Certified Acura Technician at the Acura Dealer, very reliable and very powerful. Just a little FYI, this car has the same power to weight ratio as a stock Viper! Granted, this isn't a radical 800hp car that you can't drive, this is a very manageable daily driver type car that is made to run well and on a frequent basis without complications of those highly modded cars. Factoid, COMPTECH has sold 300+ supercharger units such as this one without a single engine failure as a result of this system being installed! Tell me that isn't reliable! More or less, this car is a sleeper! On lookers won't have a clue as to your power level, you can hardly even get a hint from the exhaust. It's a little more aggressive than the stock system, but sound isn't the priority, its power! The distinctive sound people hear when you step on it won't come from the exhaust, it will be the upgraded 1.7L COMPTECH Supercharger that makes that unmistakable whine. Most aficionados prefer an untouched car, but that's not the case in the NSX world. They love this system! And by far and away, no system has more recognition that what you see on this car! As you can see, this isn't a drag car by any means however it will get you down the quarter mile in a recorded 12.6 seconds as other owners have noted, that's about as fast as Ferrari F430 owners report! Not too much power, just enough to make the car enjoyable. This incredible ride doesn't stop with power upgrades. The look of this car is one of best we've ever seen to date. This isn't a radical boy racer machine, this is a very tasteful classy car with only the best parts used to make it first rate. The Silverstone Metallic paint is highly desirable and one of the hottest factory colors ever applied to the NSX. It just so happens that this car is one of only 3 cars in 2005 had this color combination with an Automatic. We can't confirm, but one can only wonder if this is a 1 of 1 and whether or not it's the only one that's Supercharged! FYI, there were only 8 automatics to begin with, 3 had Silverstone Metallic on the outside and Onyx on the inside! WOW! This is a rare piece of history folks! The paint on this car is downright incredible and does not show its age whatsoever. This is a true 13k mile car by looking at it you'd think it had much less miles than it does. That could be attributed to the fact that this is Las Vegas owned car, far away from bad weather. There are no dents, no dings and no damage to report. As mentioned up above, the car has a super hi-end clear bra that has been applied to it that keeps those irritating rock chips from spoiling the show party. Obviously even a stock car of this color will stand out in a crowd or on the prowl of your city streets, but the Custom HRE 549R Staggered 18"/19" wheels will have this car making a profound statement against any other. "One-upping" this car will be extremely hard to do! Make your own judgments, with the sportier ride height from the COMPTECH Suspension, upgraded HRE wheels and rare paint, this car is the cream of the crop! Once you crack the door open on this car you'll instantly notice the striking Onyx Black interior. This car was owned by a non-smoker so you will not find any traces of a car that was smoked in. The leather is supple, in excellent condition with no rips, no tears and no signs of abuse. For a 13k mile car you will be very impressed with how well this car was taken care of. There have been no modifications to the interior and everything remains factory with the exception of the high-end window tint which does an excellent job at keeping the UV off of you and the interior. Another pleasantry you will encounter is the automatic transmission. In an age of cell phones, traffic and other distractions, this car will be an enormous advantage for anyone that endures such or for anyone that is tired of shifting or simply ones that can't. With such limited production on the automatic cars, this car will not last! If you want one of the rarest, most sought after Acura NSX-T's in the world, then this is your choice. We have conducted a Full 5 Year Service and Safety Inspection of this car. After the car passed our rigorous inspection we ran a Carfax History Report, Autocheck Vehicle History Report and we called the originating Acura Dealer for a complete sales & service disclosure. This was a late production 2005 car that wasn't built until 09/2005. All upgrades were done by Findlay Acura here in Las Vegas which is now Acura of Las Vegas. It was originally owned by the General Manger of that dealership and the car wasn't really driven much until January of 2007, it was mostly stored. The car has always been a Las Vegas car and has NEVER seen a day of bad weather. Just look at the pictures on the bottom of the car, it looks as good as the rest of the car and shows NO typical issues that you'll find on a back east car. This car is the real deal! A consultation with the Acura Dealer details a very thorough service & maintenance history showing that this car has been very well maintained. You can also see a plethora of services and inspections annotated on the Certified Carfax History Report. The Acura Dealer confirmed that this car is fully up to date on all services and needs nothing. Being "car guys" ourselves, we thought it to be appropriate to provide a fresh service on the car even though the Acura Dealer said it isn't due, none the less, we did a service anyways. We did what the book says is a 5 year service which is a full inspection, Synthetic Mobil 1 Oil change and installed a new OEM Acura oil filter, a new OEM Acura oil pan drain plug w/gasket was installed, we topped off all applicable fluids and we installed a new OEM Acura engine air filter. We noted that the tires & brakes are all in extremely good condition and show approximately 70% life remaining on them, and are not close to needing replacement.
