Vehicle Detail
The Porsche has been in storage and is dusty, so please excuse the pictures…Normally I keep the car dust free. I moved the carpet away so you could see the Custom shifter that was engineered for the car, this is not the stock shifter assembly at all. Everything is functional. She just needs a good cleaning. The car started up in this Cold Colorado Weather without very much effort as it has a great ignition system with Direct Crank fire. I had been working on the car to get the Fiberglass all finished/painted and ran out of time and such. It was my desire to hand repaint the car myself this spring, as I had added the Rear Fiber Glass Bumper Assembly and was completing some other finishing touches, but the time and money got away. I will have it all cleaned up and dust free when you come and see it. Started as a 1970 911 E Coupe All Custom work done in Grand Junction Colorado by AJRS. One of the Best Porsche Doctors in the Western Region. 1) Total Engine rebuild Pistons, Cyls, High Rev Valve Srpings and Keepers, Heads and Valves redone and Flowed to S specs. Note: I also have a Open Trailer in storage that I might sale as well that I used to haul the Porsche to events. As noted in my information list, I have Extra Sets of Wheels available for purchase as well. Please ask all questions prior to making any bids. This Car is insured and can be driven on the street if you so desire to. I have insured it as a Vintage Collectable. Thanks for looking....You cant build one like this for the price you will win it at Auction. On Dec-10-10 at 07:04:23 PST, seller added the following information: So there is no confusion, the Porsche had a complete rebuild some time ago, but has not been used very much and has been stored until I was ready to participate in Events. I have tried to describe the 911 the best I could, so please once again ask all questions prior to bidding. There is no return on this vehicle. On Dec-12-10 at 08:19:29 PST, seller added the following information: There is a little time left for all you Watchers to get off the Fence and start bidding on this Car....Only a few more days for the Auction!!On Dec-12-10 at 14:37:15 PST, seller added the following information: I have been asked if there is Rust in the Fuel Tank....I have installed a BRAND NEW GAS TANK,,,,NEW....;NO RUST, NO NOTHING IN THE TANK BUT GAS...NEW FUEL PUMP, NEW FUEL LINES, NEW CARTRIDGE FUEL FILTER...SO NO RUST IN THE FUEL SYSTEM. Also Front and Rear Weltmeister Anti-Sway Bars....NEW.... This car was used for Porsche Club events and has very little hours on the Engine and Trans...it is not a Daily driver and was only used at Track events and not Autocross. How many hours do you drive at an event?, just a couple of hours in a weekend. So everyone, start bidding and get this car in your stable soon. Thanks again. On Dec-15-10 at 11:22:23 PST, seller added the following information: Winner will recieve a new set of Rear Shocks, Valve Cover Gaskets, Carb Rebuild Kit and other items that I have boxed up for the new owner.
