Automatic with Manual Mode Here's a nice find: This 2001 S430 runs and drives great, and it has just 61,526 original miles on it. This is a TRUE luxury sedan, loaded with comfort and convenience features like leather heated seats with memory, a premium audio system, power moonroof, and much, much, more. This is a lifetime Florida car that hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. The exterior is in very good condition. There are no notable dents or dings and the paint shines all around. There are a few small stone chips on the hood - very typical of black cars, and nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the car at all. Autocheck shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include 18" AMG alloy wheels. The interior is in very nice shape as well. There are no rips or tears in the leather seats, and the carpets, dash and door panels are all nice. Both front seats have power controls with memory - and they are heated. There's plenty of space for rear passengers, and they have their own A/C vents. This Mercedes offers a full slate of luxury features: power windows, locks and mirrors; Auto air conditioning; BOSE AM/FM/Cassette stereo with steering wheel controls and a CD changer in the trunk; power tilt & telescopic wheel; cruise control, and much more. The Airmatic suspension lets you choose ride firmness. The Automatic transmission has a manual shift mode. The A/C blows cold, and the power windows, locks, seats, mirrors and steering wheel all work. This S-Class also has a GPS navigation system. The color screen shows maps and points of interest, as well as audio system info. There is a large power Moonroof and power rear sun shade. The manual is with the car, and there are 2 remote keys. The trunk is clean and very roomy. The 4.3 V8 runs very, very well. It provides a very smooth 275 hp and and 295 lb-ft of torque. This car has had just 2 previous owner, and we have to assume that both of them took proper care of the vehicle. We're assuming that because of the way this car runs and drives. This car runs and drives very well. We can't imagine it ran any better when it was new, and that is not an exaggeration. Very, very impressive. The tires have good tread all the way around.
