Vehicle Detail

Detailed Vehicle Description 1929 Model A Ford Standard Roadster. Older restoration (not body-off). Minor rust. Runs and drives great. No modifications, "all stock". Original engine. Original 6 volt electrical system. Everything works. Runs on regular unleaded gas. Balsam green, yellow accent pinstripe with black fenders. Original nickel plate head lamps. Authentic, dated 1929 New Mexico license plate is included on the front of vehicle. (Current plate with registration will be removed from rear of vehicle.) Potential big engine street rod. This "Standard Roadster" body style is becoming scarce due to conversions to "Hot Rods". This is the easiest and most popular body style for conversions. Buyer responsible for pick-up in Santa Fe, New Mexico. No warranty. "As-Is". Call owner with questions at 505-474-9328. I'm helping my Dad list and sell this vehicle, I live near Denver and will be assisting with listing, payment, etc. The vehicle has been garage kept year-round in Santa Fe. Dad has taken meticulous care and has shown the car in several car shows in Santa Fe over the last several years. This includes winning a plaque in the huge Fourth of July pancake breakfast and car show. We looked in "Old Cars Price Guide" and using their condition ratings, this is clearly a Number 3, very good or better. The description of "20-footer" says from 20 feet away it may look perfect. Close inspection will detect wear and flaws. Four original Model A tools included. Crank and lug wrench is also included. Two manuals included by Les Andrews: - Model A Ford, Troubleshooting and Diagnostics, A Complete Guide for Trouble Analysis and Testing - Model A Ford, Mechanics Handbook Vol. I, A Complete Guide for Service and Maintenance Small box of spare parts and matching touch-up paint included.
