Up for sale is a 1959 Austin Healey Bugeye Sprite. This car has one of the nicest, straight, rust free bonnets that we have ever seen. The body has older collision damage on the left door area and sill, but the door has been replaced at one time prior to having been repainted. The car is otherwise a very solid original car with minor rust repair needed. The car is mostly complete and the engine turns over by hand. The engine was rebuilt 20 years ago and has never been fired (we do not have first hand knowledge of the quality of rebuild). The steering wheel is in good original condition. A new wiring harness was installed by prior owner, during the amateur restoration that was being conducted at the time. The car was also repainted during this time period, prior to being put into indoor storage for about the last 20 years. This would be a wonderful car to restore.
