1970 Plymouth Road Runner 383 Four Speed Car. Now with 440 Four Speed. 8 3/4 posi rear end with 410 gears. Engine is included but not installed. Fender tag decodes to: M2X9 Trim Grade Medium, Vinyl Bench, Black. D21 Heavy Duty 4-Speed Manual Transmission. M21 Roof Drip Rail Moldings. R11 Music Master Radio AM. FY1 Top Banana/Lemon Twist. TX9 Black/Black Velvet. E63 383 4 Barrel. V21 Performance Hood Treatment. J25 3 Speed Variable Wipers. J45 Hood Tie Down Pins. J81 Rear Spoiler - Wing Type 70-2. 1972 440 motor, previous owner said he had the lower end redone on the block. There is a newer Holley carb & an Elderbrock Performer 440 intake. Very nice setup. Motor needs cleaned and repainted. Full accessories included. Alternator, water pump, power steering pump, pulleys, trans mount, drive shaft, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing. Four speed trans is a 21 spline with new aftermarket Pistol Grip Shifter. All bolts are boxed and labeled for re-installation. This car was a complete running and driving car before the repaint. Car was professionally restored and repainted. It was stripped and then Media blasted. Then put on a rotisserie, epoxy primed and 2K primed everywhere. Replaced trunk floor, had very little rust but wanted to do a 100% job so replaced it. Put on a left lower quarter panel patch, and replaced right quarter panel due to dents, not rust. No rust on the lower frame rails, can still read the factory stamping numbers. Bottom of the car was also media blasted, epoxied, primed, sanded, sealed and base cleared. Fenders and doors were painted, both inside and out. Engine compartment was also completely refinished and painted. All body panels are straight, gaps are all good, everything lines up nicely. Doors open and shut solid. Color is Top Banana Yellow, PPG Base Clear. All the body trim on the car is straight and cleaned, and is all present. There is a ding in the front hood trim. I have the front windshield but I have no seal for it. Installed the trim to show the completeness of the car. I have the front side marker lights with new lenses, but don't have the metal retainer that holds them on the car. Rear no lenses. The previous owner meticulously boxed & labeled everything off the car, and everything I have will be included. The bumpers were rechromed in the past and are very nice. There is a 4 inch scratch on the left of the front bumper. Car now has a very clean and rust free AIR GRABBER hood. Car is supposed to have the black stripe on the hood. The Air Grabber unit needs to be cleaned, painted and assembled on the hood. I have the complete Air Grabber setup, with the fiberglass air box, and all studs are good on the hood. Have a new air can, the main flapper door, linkage, tie down straps, etc. Also have the Air Grabber switch with plate for the dash. No hoses or air cleaner that bolts to the carb. The suspension had been replaced recently in the past, I removed and sand blasted completely the K frame, front control arms, tie rods, rear axle, leaf springs and shackles, then repainted & reinstalled them. Full brakes front and rear are still there, but will need to be checked. I have all the old brake lines that came with the car. I have gas tank, tank straps and neck. Fourteen inch Rally Rims which have been sandblasted & repainted. Interior shows very well. Panels are original with no rips, rear panels are nice too, seats have been recovered. All the interior trim is present and in very good shape, including the arm rests. Dash pads are all nice. Rim Blow steering wheel. I have a new glove box liner. I have no dash cluster, headliner or carpet. Door seals have been replaced in the past and are in nice condition. I have a complete brand new interior screw kit for reinstalling after the headliner is put in. I put it back together with the factory screws. Under dash has been detailed, everything was cleaned and repainted. The air box was refurbished with new heater core, new inside felt door seals, and box was cleaned then repainted & reinstalled.
