Vehicle Detail

No Reserve Auction! That means who ever is the highest bidder wins the Van at whatever is the final price! This is our beloved 2001 Eurovan MV that we purchased in 2004 from the original owners. We were the second owners when we purchased the van with 57,000 miles on it. This is a hard to find van! It is very difficult to find a silver Eurovan MV with a factory power moon roof and heated seats. It has every option that was available on a 2001 Eurovan MV. We looked for almost a year before we found this one. This van has been my wife’s daily driver and it has been a wonderful vehicle. I wish VW still made them instead of the Routan (Chrysler) van! Our family has taken many road trips in this van and we love it dearly. The previous owners and us have had the majority of all the service work done by Volkswagen Dealerships. We are die hard Volkswagen Van owners and fans and take great pride in our vehicles and maintaining them right. Details: 2001 VW Volkswagen Eurovan MV (Multivan) with a clean and clear title. Drives and runs like the day we purchased it. Vehicle condition report and normal wear and tear List: · Stone chips on the front bumper, hood and grill (see pictures) · Paint chip in left rear bumper. (see picture) · Passenger seat has a brown spot on the back where the heated seat got too hot and burned the material. (See picture) · Misc. minor scratches or very tiny dings. (See pictures) · Front bumper got bumped and made a small spider web like mark the size of a golf ball. (See picture) · The ESP system will occasionally activate for a split second when turning a 90 degree corner too fast. Like a city street corner. This does not affect the handling or is a safety issue. It has been this way for over a year. The only way you know it engaging is by the ESP brake sound coming from the front end. Dealership said it might be a wheel speed sensor throwing a false reading. When you turn off the ESP button the system does not activate. This is a very occasional situation and does not happen every time. I would rather be honest with the new buyer up front so you know what to expect and not to be concerned if you hear the noise. · Slider door has a couple of areas where there is very minor surface rust. It has taken the paint off but has not compromised the metal or through the metal. (see pictures) · Front drivers side fender has a small rust hole that has come through. (See pictures) · When first starting the van when it is cold the idle will flutter for 10 seconds and then go back to a normal smooth idle. This is a common Eurovan issue and has done this since the day we purchased it. We had two Volkswagen Dealerships look at it on a few different occasions and they could not find anything wrong and said not to worry about it. · Carfax report is also available to those that are currently bidding on the vehicle. I will email it to you in pdf format. The Carfax report is very positive about the vehicle. It has one minor accident reported while it was owned by the original owners in 2002. The report states, “Accident reported involving right rear impact. It hit another motor vehicle. Very minor damage.” When we purchased this vehicle I saw this on the Carfax report and went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and could not find where there were any repairs. My guess is since it was in the right rear and it hit another vehicle then it was more then likely a parking lot accident and only damaged the bumper fascia. I which they may have changed out the fascia and painted it and by inspection you would never see the repair because everything looks factory. Winning bidder must pay a $150 deposit within 24 hours of the auction closing. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of auction closing using a cashiers check from a major US bank. Vehicle will not be released until all funds have cleared the bank. Delivery options might be available. Please contact me for delivery rate or to work out an arrangement. This van runs excellent and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere in the country or Canada. If the winning bidder would like to fly in or travel in by bus or train I would be happy to meet them in Grand Rapids, MI at the Airport, Bus Station or Train Station with the vehicle. Our family is really hoping this van goes to a good loving family. It has great karma and will make some family very happy! Wishing you many miles of smiles!
