Hi i have a 1998 GMC 6.5 diesel pickup with automatic transmission for sale. It runs really good and the transmisison shifts perfect. The previous owner said the transmission was rebuilt and spent alot of money on the truck. It has 265k miles on it but you could never tell that it does. It drives straight and starts right up everytime, front end was checked out by local shop and is tight and has new brakes. I bought it to haul wood with and for a everyday driver but my other truck needs some work now and is going to cost alot of money so im forced to sell this one. The truck usually gets around 16-18mpg driving around town and on short distances. The truck has leather but the drivers side seat has rips in it and cracks. The truck has all the options that they had in 98 and has a cd player, cablights, fender flares, chrome wheels and also has a set of air lift air bags on the rear end. It has some rust on the bottom corners of cab and tailgate and rear bumper but thats about it and also has dents and scratches but is in good shape for the year and miles. This would make someone a good farm truck or a everyday driver and ive put 2000 miles on it in the past month and wouldent be afraid of driving it across the US. I just had the oil changed. These motors will last forever and ive seen some local guys with 400k miles on theres so dont be afraid of the high miles. It also has a gooseneck ball in the bed. I live a little over a hour from the kansas city airport so fly in and drive it home. Sold as is with no warranty. Truck is also for sale locally.
