There are zero modifications/chips/exhaust work done to the car. Mechanically it is 100% stock. Repairs/Maintenance: I am the 2nd owner of this car and bought it at 12k miles in 2008 and it has been extraordinarily reliable. The prior owner was a friend in the Army who sold the car to me when he was deployed (he lived in Florida). I have had 3 scheduled oil changes, rear brakes and the air filter replaced so far. The only non-scheduled work done was a recall on the front sub-frame assembly (replacement of sub-frame) which was completed by BMW of Greenwich. I have all books and service records since owning the car. Factory 4yr./50k warranty is good into February of 2011. Issues: Small dent on hood near front of car from falling branch, no paint or clear-coat chipped. Estimate from body shop of $500 to fix. Few minor scratches/nicks but nothing noticeable, overall I would rate the car a 9/10 cosmetically and 10/10 mechanically. Tires are 50% Car has never been tracked, modified and has only been adult driven. Never in any accidents and clean title in hand. The clutch is in perfect shape and should last another 50K+ miles at least. I feed the car only 91+ octane gas and have it washed weekly at a local no-touch car wash. Mats and interior are in great shape. This car is a blast to drive and you will have a hard time finding another with basically every single option available at the time in 6-speed manual. I will deliver the car personally within 100 miles of New York City, come and pick you up at the airport, or help arrange shipping.
