I bought this truck in 1998 as an R-title, but after 12 years, I feel that is no longer a factor. The truck is a 1997 Ford F-350 4x4, 8.5' bed, 351 V-8 5 speed with about 84K miles. Also has a 7.5' Meyer power angle plow which has never been broken or welded. Only plowed for my own use, not commercially. Recently have replaced the front brakes and rotors, and the tie rod and ends. Also has a new battery and the tires are about 50-70% tread. Currently PA inspected until 8/2011. Truck has had bedliner since '98. Body rust has been repaired and painted.
