This is an Extremely Rare - Custom Ordered Vehicle. May be the Best 1967 Firebird Coupe in the country !!!!! This is an all Numbers Matching vehicle that has an unmolested front to rear drivetrain that was maintained over the years. It carries the original 400/325hp YT engine with 4 bbl carb, original Turbo 400 Hydramatic trans and original rear end. Most '67 coupes sold for $3200 to $3400 with options. This vehicle was billed out and invoiced at $4679.19 on Julyl 01, 1967 and the Window Sticker bares the truth of this heavily optioned vehicle. This car was built in Lordstown, OH and delivered to Sacramento CA, sold thru Mike Salta Pontiac in Sacramento CA . I have all the original Owners Manuals, Protect-O-Plate Booklet, Broadcast Sheet, original keys with the factory knock-outs, original 1967 Utah plates and the envelope they came in, PHS Docunentation, owner history dating back to 1985 with original CA pink slips, receipts for the frame-off restoration and maintenance receipts from years ago. The frame-off restoration has 50 miles driven since completed. The 66395 original miles is documented from the CA title as well as the current PA title. This vehicle is concourse and no expense was spared on the vehicle. I have many, many more photos and I would be happy to email additional photos of the car. Ordered new in southern California and remained there until 2007. Z rated Firestone Firehawk tires mounted on beautiful Pontiac GTA wheels have less than 50 miles on them. With paperwork and vehicle photos there are over 65.....please call with questions or to have an inspection completed on this vehicle, it really must be seen in person. Just spoke to a Pontiac Collector and former GM employee now retired and he says this 1967 Firebird was GM Executive Ordered, thats why in the cowl trim decoding information it states at the very bottom of that website, "Your Firebird was a specially optioned Firebird which was specially prepared for a car show". A GM Executive special ordered this Firebird, more than likely drove it around as a demo or just put it in the showroom of the dealership in CA that sold this car new as a promo vehicle to advertise the new first year 1967 Firebird Coupe with all the options you could order on your new Pontiac. 1967 Firebird Coupe BODY BY FISHER 04 A ST 67- 22637 LOR 09800 BODY TR 257 Z O PAINT 2 EX 2 EZGSR 3F 4F GENERAL MOTORS CORPORATION CERTIFIES TO THE DEALER THAT THIS VEHICLE CONFORMS TO ALL FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS APPLICABLE AT TIME OF MANUFACTURE 1967 Pontiac Firebird Coupe with Custom Trim Option The paint was Coronado Gold (Spring Color Only) a Custom Factory Paint (9) The trim color and material were Medium Gold Custom Option Vinyl Bucket Seats without headrests.
