Tires are recently new and were just recently replaced, knee deep in tread! The only problem with this vehicle is having to deal with all the attention you will get while driving down the road. This vehicle has been through our service department. We mechanically inspect all our vehicles and all receive fresh oil service and any other needed services at that time. The brakes on this BMW look to have been very recently replaced since they are like new, which coincides with the newer tires replaced as well. We did some research on the history, and it appears the previous owner was a commuter and traveled on the highway every day, which gives means the miles are mostly HIGHWAY miles and this vehicle was not subject to harsh stop and go city driving. Ask any mechanic and they will tell you that there is NO wear and tear on the engine, transmission, driveline, brakes when a vehicle is driven on the highway. Rest assured, this SUV is nicer than most harshly, city driven BMW's with 70k miles! Its all about how well a vehicle has been taken care of, and WHERE it spent most of its life on the road! The condition of the interior vouches for the fact that it was not a "family" SUV that was subject to daily usage in the city. The interior is very clean and has NO indication of smoking nor burn holes. Be prepared to be impressed. With any used vehicle you can expect to find average wear and tear cosmetically like minor scratches, scrapes or nicks here and there. SPORT Wheels in GREAT condition with hardly any scuffs with the exception of one wheel which shows a small area (see pictures) Interior Details Seats: Very good, Near Perfect leather, ABOVE Average condition with very minimal wear. No rips or tears or fading, no burn holes NON SMOKER'S VEHICLE, unbelievable condition for the mileage and very nice soft supple leather. Head Liner: Very good. One tiny pinhole in back headliner above rear seat. As difficult as it was, I had to look to find SOME flaw, see picture. Door Panels: Very good. Couple of tiny knicks here and there.
