I inherited this bike with a house we purchased. The owner did not have/transfer a title, and I was not willing to pay the state $200 to get a regular title in my name, so I obtained an inexpensive salvage title. The motorcycle is in generally good shape for its age. I don’t know if it will run. I CAN say that the engine is not ceased—it kicks over freely. Since it is air cooled, this is a fairly positive sign. As far as I can tell (see the license plate in the picture), this bike has not been street ridden since 1979. It carries a Texas safety inspection sticker valid through 1978. Some rust, most noticeably on the fuel tank. Motorcycle will be sold in “as is” condition.
