The only option on a 1999 Prowler is chrome wheels and this one has them. It's as close to new as you can get. Interior; Non smoker, very nice fit and finish w/no rips, tears or worn spots. Carfax and Autocheck are both clean w/no accident indicators, mileage discrepancies or any other blemishes & a free copy is available of each. Yes, were a Hyundai store.
