This is a professionally built Porsche 911 race car based on a 1975 911S chassis. It has been extensively lightened and features top quality components throughout. It is nearly complete but not quite a driver yet. It does include a unique 3.0 "SC" engine and a 915 transmission with a Quaife LSD. The engine is unique in that it was purchased NEW in a crate from the Vasek Pollock estate back in 2003. It was built after production of the 3.2 litre engines ceased and incorporates all the Carrera updates including hydraulic chain tensioners, pop-off valve, turbo valve covers, etc. from the factory. It is a very strong CIS 3.0 with less than 5000 miles on it. The short list of needs to complete the car would be wiring, brake plumbing, fuel system plumbing, and hats for front brake rotors. As anyone knows, a racecar is never complete but this would get the car driving. The chassis is in "new" condition, it has not been used since the build began 6 years ago. I have modified too many things to mention but if you are interested in this car you probably know what you are looking at. I am posting pics in its' current condition but I have hundreds of pics of every detail of the build and components used. Thousands of hours in construction and fabrication.
