Yes it has the bumpers and they WILL bolt right back up. The rear frame was NOT altered to fit the rubber. Frame and mounts ARE clean. There are a bunch of original parts like sun-visors , some interior chrome trim that needs to be polished. Have the original 370 rear end as this is a new rear end. Another intake manifold. Truck is ready for paint
