1967 OLDSMOBILE 442 TWO DOOR HARD TOP Well, I am sure no expert on cars, but this 1967 442 Olds just fell into my lap. I will try to accurately describe it and give you the information just as it was given to me. This car has been in storage for over 10 years. The previous owner had big plans for it, but never was able to follow through with them. The car would make a neat street Rod, or neat daily driver. Or better yet, It could also be completely restored to it's original condition. It currently has a 350 Oldsmobile v-8 long block in it, with a turbo 400 transmission. This is a factory air car and still has all the a/c equipment. It is a genuine 442 hardtop, and was originally red with red interior. Although not perfect the body is very good, for being almost 45 years old. The floors are excellent. The trunk floor needs replacing, and it has no front seats. The dash is just sitting in its place (loose). The wheel s are just rollers.(ugly). It has all the original 442 details, badges, and is a genuine 442. (It has the Louvered Hood, and rear sway bar etc.). The trunk is full of parts and pieces, for the car. (including a brand new 250.00 intake manifold).The hood hinges are missing. The car is just how I got it, and is being sold as-is. I have a clear and open Colorado title for it. My opening bid is 2,500.00 with no reserve. This is a project car. I would much rather you plan for the worst and hope for the best, than be disappointed in any way... Now that having been said, I can't imagine finding a better 1967 442 Oldsmobile for the price. This was a "barn find" for me. I only want the buyer to be as excited as I was when I first saw it.
