I've listed this beautiful 1965 Mustang Convertible for my In-Laws. My Wife and I purchased this car for them 5 years ago and they have requested that we sell it because they are spending more time traveling and less time at home. My Wife and I spent 6 months looking at '65 Mustangs before I flew to Indianapolis and purchased this car in 2005. This is a true 1965 Mustang Convertible, standard bench, caspian blue metallic with the blue crinkle vinyl bench seat. It is a "C" code 289 2v V8. I have a huge folder full of receipts that document all the time, effort, and expense that went into restoring this car. Within the last year the exhaust has been replaced and new base coat/clear coat paint has been applied. This car can be driven anywhere, has no leaks or smoke and has been garage kept and well maintained during the last 5 years. The prior owner also took excellent care of this car and won many awards at local car shows in the Indianapolis area. This car is being sold "as is" and like any 45 year old vehicle is not perfect.
