This is my 1967 Ford Fairlane Ranchero Pickup Truck. This is the only year of the Fairlane body style. The 66 is a Falcon Ranchero. So if you have loved those Fairlanes...you will want this one!!! It is powered by a big block 390 GT motor(NOT THE ORIGINAL) with a C6 transmission and an 8" rear end. GT Heads and a cam upgraded the engine rebuild. It has a Holley 600 or 650 4 bbl. carb. It runs strong!!! New master cylinder, 3 core radiator and coil were installed along with a new tie-rod end and idler arm. Two new front wheel cylinders and a brake adjustment were what I paid $300 for but the brakes are still out of whack!!! The drums might need cleaning or maybe there is some rust causing it to pull hard. It did pass NYS inspection last year but it has since run out. This car is from Arizona and is solid(NOT PERFECT)!!! The paint is thick but still shines. The interior needs seat covers and a headliner. The carpet is new. I do not believe that you will find a more solid vehicle from this era. If you do...you will pay twice my reserve!!! I have not seen my truck since last year. I moved to the Ithaca, NY area and was forced to leave her back home in Western, NY. I finally got to the point in my vehicle ambitions that I had such a solid vehicle and unfortunately, it must go for personnel reasons. I will need a $500 deposit through paypal and the balance within 7 business days of auctions end. You know the routine...no checks...only cash or a cashier's check.
