Full nut & bolt restoration of a numbers matching 1970 Triumph Bonneville T120R. Nothing not repaired, rebuilt, or replaced. A absolute beautiful bike. I have recorded slightly over 100 miles since I finished it the end of August. This a one kick and go bike. I bought this bike here on Ebay in June of 2004 as a complete roller on a bill of sale only. It is being sold as is where is on a bill of sale. I will supply a notarized bill of sale for the title company. Here's a simple list of items done during restoration. Complete strip and repaint of all metal ( professional painted the frame, tank and fenders). Powder coated side cover,headlight ears, fork legs and misc. Nos oil tank. All hardware cad plated. New rims with stainless spokes and new K70s. New sealed wheel bearings. Front forks completely rebuilt with new tubes, bushings, seals and seal holders. Nos upper and lower trees with new bearing cups, cones and balls. Rebuilt speedo,NOS tach. New brakes front and rear. new cloth wiring harness. new alt. and rotor. Zener diode (look alike) heat sink solid state rectifier. Boyer ignition with new 6 volt coils. Original Lucas headlight and taillight. Brake and headlight switchs are reproductions. Engine completely rebuilt. Crankshaft reground. New .040 over pistons, rings, rod brgs, RHP crank and trans brgs. New valves, guides, springs. NOS 73 T140 intake cam and NOS 70 T120 exhaust cam. All new clutch discs,plates, hub rubbers, thrust washer, primary chain, tensioner, chainwheel, 20 tooth countershaft sprocket and new rear chain and sprocket. New carbs, all new cables.. Paint chip in tip of front fender that was touched up. Visible in last picture. Leak Free. I'm sure I've left something out. All work except painting, cylinder machining and rim truing was performed by me. Please ask questions before bidding. If you have any negative feedback, please contact me before bidding.
