Up for bid is a 1991 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with 158k two owner miles. Click button above to view the history report free. Lifelong western car with no body rust and a beautifully solid underside. Power provided by the multiport fuel injected 5.0L (305 cubic inch) L03 Chevy V8 and 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission - not super fast, but fast enough to get out of its own way. Tow package equipped with 3.23 limited slip rear gears (V92, GU5 and G80 codes.) Loaded up with lots of power goodies, most of which work. Minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age, but still very nice shape overall. Runs and drives out Nicely. Drive anywhere! This is the 989th full size GM 91-96 wagon I owned, including over 700 Roadmaster wagons. I've had over 100 wood deletes Roadmaster wagons 93-96, but this is only the fourth '91/'92 I've had with factory wood delete (WB4 code) so it's rather rare. Doesn't necessarily make it worth a fortune, but an interesting side note. NO RESERVE. Questions? Click "ask seller a question" or call Fred at 315-246-0612. Please allow time for a response as I also work 8-4 at a regular job in south Seattle. Condition Report ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing, ticking or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature and there's no check engine light. Newer battery & good charging system. Recent oil change. Runs smooth & strong. TRANSMISSION: Performs flawlessly. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all four forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors or noticeable leaks. Shifts great. EXTERIOR: Body: Body is in very good shape with no body rust or major dings, but has a few small ones, including on top of the right front fender, and one near the Roadmaster emblem on the right rear quarterpanel, both visible if you contort yourself into position to see them. Another small ding is more obvious at the bottom of the left rear quarter. Still, for age, it's above average. Paint: Paint is shiny and nice with a couple very small scratches consistent with age and miles. Above average, too. Other: Plastic bumpers are in good shape - front has no cracks or gouges and no major bumps in the stainless trim. Rear has a few scuffs. Stainless side trim is nice with a couple small dings, and all the rubber molding is present. Undercarriage is western solid with no salt scale - see the pics. Door jambs, tailgate sill, and underhood sheet metal have NO rust blisters in these hidden areas as seen in pics. Solid frame all around. There is a crack in the windshield - all other glass good, good quality tint. 17" CenterLine wheels are in great shape with no curb rash or pitting. INTERIOR: The interior is in nice shape with minor wear. Cloth seats are in nice shape with some minor staining consistent with age. Some carpet wear near driver's feet and cargo deck. Headliner is nice, as are dash and door panels. Overall, above average interior for age and miles. ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, button horn, wipers, etc.) All the power stuff works except power antenna is inop, and the right rear window won't go down from driver's switch, only up, but works up and down from right rear door switch. Working equipment includes power windows, locks, dual power seats, hot heat & cold A/C through digital climate control, tilt wheel, power mirrors, cruise control, am/fm cassette, hatch release, rear wiper, and rear defroster all work. Car has factory keyless entry, but I don't have the remote fob - if buyer gets one, I'll program it to the car. DRIVEABILITY: Drives out nicely. Steering has minor play, suspension is tight, alignment is good. Brakes work well with good linings, no noise or notable vibration. Tires have about 50% tread remaining all around; tires are 225/40/17s, which cause the speedo to overreport speed about 10% - keeps you from getting tickets! Solid exhaust with no leaks in the pipes but there is a slight leak at the driver's side manifold gasket. Rear end is quiet & limited slip works properly. Quick off the line, smooth and quiet on the highway with adequate passing power. Nice driving car - no issues.
