Vehicle Detail

I am selling this very nice Firebird. It would be considered a Trans Am clone. I bought the trans am hood, spoiler, and side scoops. This was a small fortune to get delivered to my house! Very nice paint over a straight body. It is not a trailer queen. It was done with the intention of driving and having fun. We have lots of fun to say the least. We can not take the car anywhere without getting a compliment or more. The wheels are Coy 20" and 18" that were new in May as well as the tires. The Firebird has a Pontiac driveline and is a 350 with a mild cam and automatic transmission. The interior is a Classic's Industry interior kit. So all new seat covers, dash, door panels and carpet. The headrests were died and they have some cracks. I had some covers that were new but do not look as good. They will come with the car if I can find them. I never got around to installing a radio. There are new front and rear bumpers. The car is really pretty solid for the age of it. There is a little rust out in the inner quarter fender well. I tried to get a picture of it. It is in front the driver's side wheel. Very hard to notice. The floor and trunk are all original. No patches, nothing. The shock towers are fine and the cowl area is fine. I tried to take pictures. The engine bay could be detailed better as well as the trunk. I do not go to car shows so it does not bother me. The hood was a little hard to get lined up. So there is a gap on one side and not much of one on the other. Car has all new weatherstripping all around. The top has a few spots on it but is in pretty good condition. For the most part the top is down so why worry? I would suggest getting a boot cover for the top. I tried to order on last week and they were on back order at Classic Industries. You can get them any where from $60 to $150. The engine does drip some oil. It was rebuilt and has a small cam. It does have a nice sound to it. There are a few spots that had to get touched up with paint. Not very noticeable, but they are there. The front disc brakes are new and a control arm was replaced at the same time. The stearing wheel could be dyed black or blue. I was going to replace it. The car also has power brakes and stearing. Some of the chrome has some pits like the headlight bezels and the lower body molding. The windshield is new and free of cracks. The rest of the glass is crack free but does have some scratches. I have tried to be as complete on my description. Good luck. I am selling this car to pursue other interests. I am sure there will be questions so I will try to post and answer daily. 402 575 1203 is my number and my name is Jon. . For shipping info call West Bound Trucking 909 349 9065.
