I am offering an Alpine White on blue BMW 318i 4 door for sale. It's has a fun to drive 5 speed manual transmission. This is a one owner car. It has spent all it's life in the south. It's all original with records and books since new. All vin tags match. This car drives well but has one major issue. It leaks coolant. Possible head gasket issue. Still a great, clean car. No accidents, no rust and clean title. Highlights. 1 owner All original Records and manuals including original window sticker No rust No accidents Well maintained. Maintenance records since new. A bunch of stuff has been replaced over the years. Lots of money was spent of this car. $1500 on recent maintenance. Body is straight with no just a few dings and right side fender area has clear coat fading. I would give the body a solid 7.5/10 CD player AC works Manual sunroof Everything works works expect the front door lock. Can be locked locked from passenger side or trunk. Runs great and doesn't over heat but leaks coolant. Drove it 50 miles without any issues. Great gas mileage- 35mpg on the highway, yet still quick. Maintaince New Radiator New heater core and valve New hoses Front tires are new Brakes are good Recent alignment- Drives true and straight AC blows cold Heat will toast you. Shifts smooth and effortlessly. Minor issues- Dash has a couple of cracks Front door lock doesn't work Body has some clear coat coming off one side around the right fender. Odometer stopped working at 165xxx miles. I would say it has about 18xxxx miles or less. Interior seats are a tad worn in some areas. They have covers to protect from further wear. I would say it's a 7.5/10 Major Coolant leaks-most likely head gasket. It doesn't pour though. Apart from this mechanically the car is great. 7/10 This would make a great car for someone who is mechanically inclined to fix the issue. Clean E30's are getting rare, here's one nice original for your consideration. The car is very drive-able and you wouldn't know it had a head gasket issue. It doesn't over heat as long as there is coolant, obviously. I believe you can drive it distances as long as the coolant is topped off. That said the car is being sold as with no warranty expressed. I also have it for sale locally therefore I retain the right to end the auction early. Please only serious bidders.
