As far as I know there is nothing wrong with the car, but it is being sold “as is”, with no warranty and I cannot be responsible for anything that might go wrong a day, a week, a month or 5 years after you buy it. PRE-BID INSPECTION POLICY You are encouraged to inspect the car BEFORE you bid. To test drive the car you must have valid driver’s license and insurance card. No exceptions. You can see and test drive M-F 9a to 5p at my office in Sligo Ave, Silver Spring MD 20902 There are some national inspection services that will come out and inspect the car for you if you can’t do it yourself. You can find them online and they charge from $100-$150. I’ve never used one before but I understand from people who have that they are very thorough and worth the cost. AFTER YOU WIN If you BID and WIN, you are committed to purchase the vehicle. It is recommend that you complete an inspection or test drive before you bid. Once you WIN you must purchase the car. Your winning bid is not ‘subject to inspection’. The time to inspect or test drive is BEFORE you bid, unless you select not to test drive or inspect. A winning bid is an enforceable legal contract to purchase this vehicle. Winner must use Paypal for $500 deposit within 24 hours and balance by Cashiers Check within 3 days, BEFORE picking up car. If you want to pay with actual CASH you must still need to use Paypal for the $500 deposit within 24 hours. No exceptions. If you do not complete the transaction within 3 days after the $500 Paypal deposit is paid, I have the right to forfeit (you lose it) your deposit, sell the car to another Buyer. So, if you don’t have the funds to complete the transaction, please don’t bid. Once all payments have cleared, the Title will be signed over to the winner and winner may take delivery/pick-up.
