The fall is coming and it is the best time of the year to drive around in a convertible. This is a stellar car. It has only 59,000 miles and has been babied. This car cost almost $60,000 when it was brand new. This is an adaptive speed shift automatic transmission, that also allows you to shift manually if you want to.This car was made for only 3.5 years and only 2056 were imported to the US. The engine was hand built in Germany by Mercedes AMG performance division. This is the best AMG under $100,000. The newer version of this car, the SLK55 AMG is actually inferior, because it has the same HP, but weighs 300 pounds more. This is the best car I have ever driven and a huge attention getter. You will have more people complimenting you at red lights and starting up conversations when you pull up to a club, than you can imagine. I have gotten lunches with clients I would have never gotten, just because they wanted to ride in my car. The car has rarely been pushed, but it has 349 HP and can go 0-60 in 4.5 seconds if you need it to, which makes it faster than a corvette or a M3 from the same year. The car is mechanically perfect in every way. Absolutely, no flaws, and it has 8000 miles until it's next scheduled maintenance. The car even counts down the miles until service for you. The automatic metal hard top works perfectly. The leather interior is in excellent condition. Original paint is in beautiful condition.The center console has typical wear you would expect on a car this age. The glove compartment has a Sirius radio mount installed onto it. The radio is free to you with the car, but you will need to subscribe for the service. The car also has a 6-CD changer in the trunk. The car came with voice activated control for the CD and any phone you sync to the car. The car has AMG alloy wheels, and they look great.The rear tires are very new, the front tires have a few months left on them.The car drives low to the ground and the front bumper does have a small crack that was put in it from a parking curb. This was epoxied and repainted at a professional service facility and is only noticeable close up. Smoke free car that has always been garaged, and has never seen a snowflake or a salty road.
