Vehicle Detail

wildfiresmane03 store I have a 1984 Cadillac Eldorado. It is a must see to truly appreciate it. I have plenty of pics.As far as I know the car has very little rust on it. The rust is at the door jam when you open it. And it is only because it has been sitting a little while. The car has a few minor electrical kinks that need worked out. The antenna does not go up and down like it should when you turn the car on. Also I was the last one to drive the car and I am short so when I scooted the electric seat up I believe the cable came undone and now it won't scoot back. Also I started the car Saturday and the windshield wipers came on and would not go off so I disconnected the motor. And finally the trunk is the type that you close a little till the motor catches it and then the motor closes it the rest of the way. For some reason it just quit working. The trunk will shut and latch manually but will not close all the way. You can see that in one of my pics. You can still drive the car with no worries of it coming unlatched while you are driving down the road, and it doesn't leak even though it is not completely shut. The car has a little over 106 thousand miles and still got a whole lot of life on it. On the inside it has the wood panel accented dash, I also have a pic of this. It has a radio original and it does work. It has power locks and windows and cruise control. In all four door panels there is an ashtray and cigarette lighter. I think that is pretty neat, even though the car has never been smoked or ate in. The seats have no stains tears and neither do the carpet areas. it has been well taken care of. On the door the window control has lost its glue effect and is loose you can still use it but it needs straightened back up. The tires on it look pretty good and still have a little life left on them, the drivers side tire has lost a little air but the rest of them look very good. We are the third owner on this car as far as I know and everything is original. The headliner was falling down a bit and that was fixed and the paint had faded a little so we had it repainted and it has the original motor and trans except the trans has been rebuilt. The car needs your basic tune up, probably needs a few fuses replaced and your fluids checked. I bought a brand new battery for this car Saturday and started her up. She ran like a dream, no smoking, no rattling, or knocking. This car has a clean title, we have lost it in the move, but we have filed for a new one and should have it this week. The car is dirty on the outside needs a good wash and wax job before winter. My mother gave the car to my brother and when he went to Iraq it was parked in driveway and now it has become mine. I don't have time for the car. I have three small children and deal alot with livestock and a variety of other animals so the car is not for me. Somebody could give this car a good home and with a few minor kinks worked out have a beautiful show car or just and everyday car that would take you anywhere you wanted to go. When we were driving her we took her on long trips and short trips and she never let us down. She is not perfect she needs a little TLC. But she is a good car. It really needs a bath. If you buy this car you must arrange to have the car picked up however you would like. My suggestion would be a car dolly if you aren't too far away you might be able to drive it but like I said the drivers side tire has lost a little air I don't know if it has something in it or where it has been sitting, and I probably would haul it instead of driving it.. I also have this car for sale or trade locally so if it sells I will end this auction. Thanks for looking and Happy Bidding!! If you have any questions contact me and I will answer them to the best of my knowledge. I will not part anything out on this car so please do not ask, I only want to sell or trade the car as a whole.
