Hi, up for auction is this 1952 Deluxe "tin woody" Chevrolet station wagon. Very low production year, only around 2500 produced. I bought this wagon three years ago with the intention of restoring it. Now circumstances force the sale along with most of the parts needed to complete the restoration. Previous to my ownership the car had been mechanically restored with new rebuilt 1954 235 engine, clutch, transmission, hoses. All four wheels sandblasted and painted. First two seats have been recovered. I have the kit for the third seat which is included. The door paneling is tattered but main and most important wood pieces are in really good shape. Included in this sale is a brand new interior wood kit from wood grain specialists. The original headliner is there but i purchased a new one which is included. Please check the list below for all the included items. Car runs fantastic!! I would drive it anywhere. Has some rust issues. Floors are solid, may have been redone at some point. Rocker panels and rear valence are deteriated but i have purchased new ones and are included. The car will need some body work, interior finishing with my kits which are included, and new paint and chroming. Then it will be a winner!! With purchasing and all the parts i have $18,500 into this car. Sorry i couldn't complete the project but these are the times we live in. Let me know if you have any questions.
