1951 Ford f2 Flathead V8 . It has been sitting for 5 years. I drained the old gas, changed the oil and filter. Replaced the spark Plugs, cap, and wires. Drained and re-filled the radiator (radiator leaks )The Truck started right up and stayed running with the choke pulled. the brakes don’t work, I checked the brake fluid reservoir and it was empty I filled the reservoir but still no brakes but the pedal is now a little stiff (will need bleeding). The body is in very good condition for 60 year old truck. There is some Bondo on fenders, I looked on the inside and they look solid. Floors are in great shape almost no rust other then light surface rust. the rear glass, driver side window and the little window that lets air come into the cab on the passenger side are cracked, the front glass has some wiper burn on the passenger side as well as a very small rock chip (smaller than a penny), there is no spare tire, a metal plate has been welded in bed, the wood boards are still sitting under the metal plate. Transmission shifts fine and the motor runs, but is not driveble due to brakes and radiator. I have described the truck as best as I can and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
