For your consideration: Here we have a 1980 Porsche 911 SC with 31,000 original miles. This is an exceptionally clean SC with original paint, and interior. This car still has the little sticker on the front fender that says "unleaded fuel only". All of the logos have faded and now appear to be silver, no one has gone back and repainted them black. The only thing that was done some time ago was the addition of a dual exhaust system. The car sounds great, though for the purist, you might want to put back the original exhaust. The car runs and drives excellently. Please feel free to contact me to set up an appointment to inspect the car in person. Original owner's manual included. The car is in Long Island. I have listed the car before, but have never been around to show it when it was listed. Hopefully this time I will be around and somebody can come check the car out in person and take it home! Please be patient. As soon as I have any news I will answer everyone directly. On Oct-12-10 at 08:55:46 PDT, seller added the following information: I just spoke to the mechanic who serviced the car for the previous owner- yes the car has had all updates: timing chain tensioner, air pop filter, and also has turbo tie rod ends. It is in excellent mechanical condition. If somebody is buying the car from out of state and would like the mechanic to look at it he would be available for a fee to check out the car on the lift, review it and answer any questions.
