1959 Edsel convertible. It has not run for about 6 years. The top got ripped up and needs to be replaced. The top linkage was broken by the person that installed the new top so it had to be opened half way by hand. Motor was rebuilt 6 or 7 years ago. It has not been run for about 5 years. The body needs a lot of work. The car needs a lot of work but is complete. It has been sitting outside so the interior is shot due to the top being ripped up. It was purchased by current owner in 1962. This could be a cool car for someone with knowledge of Edsels and wants a rare convertible. There will be no warranty. What you see is what you get. Winning bidder must make all transportation arrangements and must pay for all related costs. If the winning bidder does not make transportation arrangements and pay all related costs and does not pick up the vehicle, no monies will be refunded. That means if you pay for this vehicle and you do not take actual possession of this vehicle due to your inablility to make and pay for transportation of this vehicle, I will not refund your money. The vehicle must be picked up within 2 weeks of the end of the auction. Sorry but I had a problem once before and I do not want to go through that again!
