'72 FJ40 I have restored this Land Cruiser to my favorite color scheme of Toyota. It is a 2 owner. I have receipts dating back to 1999, but have not looked through all of them so there could be an earlier date. I want to take the time to briefly tell you what I do to these so you know what you are buying. I do not do things cheeply. I take alot of pride in my work and enjoy what I do, which I think you will see in the pictures. When I restore vehicles, I completely disassemble them. Sandblast what needs it and sand everything else by hand. All exterior bolts and screws are replaced with Stainless Steel and interior ones are painted to match accent color. Door seals, front and rear windows and seals are all replaced. I manually wire brush tub before coating with a Catylized rubber spray to protect from moisture and abrasion. Roof is completely taken off, with windows out and painted to give the buyer the best possible job. Anything that has rust is taken out and replaced with replacement parts to insure quality for the buyer. All parts are painted seperately to insure complete coverage and than reassembled. Now to list some of the items this FJ40 has. 100% tread on BFG Mud Terrain which are mounted on Centerline wheels. Spare tire is a spare. only about 30%, but has matching wheel. New ceiling liner Fluids have all be changed Weber Carburator Radiator has been flushed New window Cranks Glass is in very good condition All gauges work except oil pressure 1F Engine I have a 4 post roll bar if wanted Rear Toyota emblem and 4wd emblem are here but have not installed them in case the buyer wants them off. Just let me know if you are the winner and would be happy to install if that is your preference. I like them off. Just a person preference I guess. Cruiser starts very easily. Does not need to be primed or given any choke. Starts like it is fuel injected but it isn't of course. Clutch and brakes are strong Please call Chris @ 406-270-4173 or at home 406-257-3822.
