Nice Solid Cadillac Convertible, in running and driving condition. Car Originally from Dayton OH. Car has solid floors, frame mounts, firewall, trunk floor, frame is in VERY good condition and is untouched. It has the usual Cadillac spots which require attention both front lower fenders, rear quarter panels, a couple of places on the drivers and pass sills and one soft spot under drivers foot however nothing major at all, any an all inspections are welcomed. Hood lip is solid, trunk lip is starting to show some rust in a few places, inner fenders are strong and rust free. I purchased this car on E-bay 2 years ago with the intention of turning it into a rat rod, since owning the car, (which I drove home from Dayton OH mind you). I have replaced all the brakes front and rear, new pads, calipers, rotors, wheel cylinders and shoes and drums. New power steering pump, complete new gas lines (main feed and return) in plastic, done right, will never have to do again. Valve cover gaskets, upper rad hose and air filter, battery is new. Always starts, even after sitting for several months, drives straight and true, I would put tires on the rear before I drove any long distance, however for my local pottering, and for the drive home 2 years ago they have served me well. I have some service history on the car, and the ORIGINAL OWNERS MANUAL, it blows no smoke uses no oil and in overdrive it floats down the highway with no fuss. The car does need a convertible top, and the fender skirts. All power options work (some slowly than others) ac is disconnected. All chrome is present, and could use freshening. In all a good solid base to start, I have not the time I had originally hoped to spend on her. Will assist with shipping and pick you up at the airport if you wish to fly in and drive home.
