2003 Nissan Sentra SER - 6 Speed - 85,235 Miles This car is being re-listed because the winning bidder is a deadbeat and did not leave a deposit or even come to see the car. Strong motor - no noises, leaks or smoking. Transmission is good. This car goes to the highest bidder in "As Is" condition. No Reserve! No Buy It Now!! No Trades!!! Clutch is good - no slippage and it grabs nicely - but it makes a slight noise upon lift of the clutch pedal. "Check Engine" light is on - don't know why. AC DOES NOT work and we did not try to charge the system. Front tires are weak and although the brakes feel great, there are new rotors and brake pads in the trunk. Tachometer does not work. Strong runner, but hard to start in severe wet weather, although I think we cured that problem by spraying wire dry on ignition wires. If you drive it home, pick a dry day. CarFax shows and accident, but I do not see any frame damage or frame repair. CarFax is also saying "inconsistent odometer reading", but if you examine the CarFax report you will see it is due to an error by an oil change mechanic who did not record the correct mileage. All the other mileage readings are consistent. Body is very nice. A compound and wax will bring out the red luster in the paint. Front bumper needs repaint. Interior is a little dirty, but will clean up nicely. Drive it home - not a bad car! Beacause this car will not pass inspection in New York State... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
