Here it is. My 1968 Chrysler Imperial Convertible …This is a numbers matching car I owned it for 5 years and its in great shape….it runs like a new car the original 440-4 barrel engine runs great the transmission shifts nice and tight tires are in great shape ….new battery less than a month old…..The brakes are nice and tight no pulling to one side….I would drive this car anywhere...the power seats have been recovered , the carpet is new….Floor pans and trunk are solid no soft spots or rust as you can see in the pics…. it has new dual exhaust from front to rear with chrome tips…all gauges work except when you fill it up, the gas gauge says a little over half. (But I have spare gauges) The heat works, (not that climate control that never works on these cars) it does not have air…The convertible top works as it should and it seals up nice… the parade boot is leather all the snaps work great.. ..The rear windows, one is slow and the other is of the track you can manually raise it up and down... (Easy fix) the front windows work well as do the power vents. It has the original am/fm radio with rear speaker works great… the power antenna & auto search does not work the motor works but the antenna won’t go up or down…I have a spare one. The auto pilot works…..The top of the seats are a little faded as you can see in the pics from me riding around with the top down on sunny days This is a Florida car so some of the chrome has pitted from the salt water but a nice re-chrome will take care of that…it never bothered me… please keep in mind this car is 42years old and its not a new car for this I’m selling the car ASIS….the reason I’m selling my convertible is because I found a 68 Hemi Charger and I cant have 3 cars so this one has to go…I’m not looking for trades or to give my car away I know what this car is and what its worth… http://www.imperialclub.com/Yr/1968/Prices.htm .There were only 474 1968 Chrysler Imperial Convertibles made and this one is # 139..
