Purchased vehicle in Norfolk, Nebraska. In 2007 the rear bumper was hit in a parking lot, but was replaced. My car was parked and the other car came around a corner obviously not paying attention and hit the left side of the bumper. Payment must be made upon time of final bid acceptance.
