This 1977 Dodge D100 Stepside pickup truck is a slant 6 with 3-on-the-tree power steering and manual brakes. It was driven 2,120 miles from Medford, Oregon to Chicagoland in May 2010. It ran flawlessly. You could say it’s bullet-proof. It’s originally out of Anza, California, a desert town down by San Diego. I have repair receipts for over $700. in work performed at a shop in Temecula, Calif. in Oct 2009. Also, a copy of the Calif title and a clear Illinois title in my name. It has dual gas tanks that work as they should. It may have been a government truck. There is one crack in the windshield and no radio. I bought this truck to put a 440 and 4-speed in it but I can’t bring myself to do it. It just runs too good. Recently, we took it to the Mopar Nationals (900 miles round trip) where at least a thousand people looked at it with nothing but praise. No negative comments. This truck speaks for itself. It’s very solid and runs great. You could build your own Little Red Express (with a stick) or just enjoy it the way it is.
