Really Nice One Owner 1993 5 Cylinder Turbo Diesel Sedan Though Listed for 10 Days, This Auction WILL END the Second someone presses the "Buy it Now" button or makes me an Acceptable offer. I should say to begin with that all the cars I sell are MY cars and as such have been brought up to the standards that I personally expect from an automobile, ie: operating- as much as possible - as they did when new and looking, handling and performing to the manufacturer's specs. This is an extremely clean example of the 1993 Mercedes Benz 5 Cylinder Turbo Diesel Sedan. It is a One Owner Low Mileage car in immaculate condition with all systems functioning perfectly. 1993 was the last year of this model - though the 124 E body diesel returned again in 1995 without the turbo and with a 6 Cylinder engine, but as the final iteration of a body style that had essentially been present since 1987 and an engine that had been used since 1990 in the USA, this is the best example of this particular model. As you can observe from the above gauges, even though the car is climbing up a steep inter-coastal bridge, every needle is exactly where it should be - oil pressure, Temperature, etc and at 40 mph it is only turning about 1200rpm - at 70 it turns around 1800 allowing for tremendous economy, and when you need the power to pass, the turbo kicks in and gives a terrific boost. As far as comfort is concerned, these cars can not be beat for long trips. The power seats at the touch of a button will assume more positions than a Balinese Candy Dancer and easily accommodate someone like me at 6'4" or the previous owner, a petite lady of 5'2". And if you can find the road, they will cruise a 100mph for hours and still deliver good fuel economy. The car has been fully serviced, the AC is ice cold the tires are new Michelins and she is ready to take her new owner in great comfort, economy and speed anywhere in the Continental United States.
